How we earn

Referral commissions

A few outbound links on Canada Data Rooms are referral links. When a reader follows one and later becomes a paying customer of that vendor, the vendor may pay us a fee. Your price is the same either way.

Referral links pass through our own /go/ path, which lets us count how often they are used, and are marked rel="noopener". Every other link to a vendor’s website points straight at the vendor and is marked rel="nofollow noopener".

What money cannot buy

• A rating. Every score comes from the five criteria on the rating method page, calculated the same way for every vendor.
• A place in a list. Partners cannot buy a position.
• Coverage. Nobody pays us to publish a review, a comparison or a guide.
